The client was unsure where to start but knew their elevated courtyard had a great deal of potential to add to their lifestyle and property value.

• Paved paths link the doors and establish access around the small area.
• A 'rotated' concrete courtyard forms the main outdoor living space which is positioned to maximise the sunlight.
• Nikau palms have been staggered to complement the offset layout of the paths and courtyard.
• Two raised concrete planters provide sufficient growing area for a few inner city herbs and vegetables.
